The Sacramento Chapter was formed in December 2008. We will have monthly meetings after working hours at various locations around the Sacramento area. Each meeting will include an outside speaker from a company that does business in the Sacramento area. In addition to the speaker, we encourage members to deliver their elevator pitch and to network with fellow members.

(800) 690-2280 x201 - Michael has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience within various public and private organizations. In the last 10 years, he has held positions of Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller and has overseen accounting, tax and IT functions. As a founding member and officer of a rapidly growing solid waste company, he oversaw revenue growth from $30 Million to over $500 Million in seven years.
Michael has been actively involved in over 100 acquisitions of privately held companies, and has extensive experience in merger and acquisition valuation, due diligence and integration. His experience includes development and implementation of accounting and financial reporting systems, billing and cash management processes and budgeting and forecasting programs.
Michael also serves as the Financial Administrator to his local church of over 1500 attendees, managing day to day financial performance and cash flows. In addition, he was responsible for the financing of a recent $15 Million expansion project.
Michael graduated from Ferris State University with a B.S. in Accounting. He resides in El Dorado Hills, California with his wife, Diane, and their two children.
