My recent past experiences have included the creation of a financial services company of which I am a board member and shareholder. I have extensive financial experience as a creator of systems and analysis, due diligence and negotiations of acquisitions, funding research, financial management, strategic planning, HR, IT, legal interface, insurances and the like. I may be over qualified for this position but I thought it might be interesting to have a conversation.
