Ed Flanagan is the Director for the Philadelphia Area of Expense Reduction Analysts.  Since 1992, ERA has helped thousands of organizations of all types and sizes find savings hidden in their non-core expense categories ("overhead", such as office supplies, insurance, small-package freight, etc). No matter how much companies have saved through their own cost-cutting efforts, ERA still routinely is able to find meaningful savings ON TOP of the savings our clients have found. 

Prior to joining ERA, Ed spent more than 30 years as an Auditor, Controller, and CFO of residential and commercial construction and development companies. Most recently, he was CFO for Philomeno & Solamone Builders and Controller for K. Hovnanian Companies, Toll Brothers & Ryland Homes.

Flanagan has experience as a Consultant in the Non-Profit sector and was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at West Chester University of Pennsylvania for 7 years.

Flanagan is a CPA with a B.S. in Accounting from Mt. Saint Mary’s College in Maryland and a M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University.
