Speaker Bio. Win Sheffield is a career coach in New York City. He worked at Citibank, J.P. Morgan and PricewaterhouseCoopers in strategy development and management consulting. Before that he attended Kenyon College and received an M.B.A. from Boston University. He studied counseling at General Seminary and Myers-Briggs at the Jung Institute. He is currently a career coach in private practice in New York.
