Speaker's Bio:

Sindi has a passion for helping business owners and organizations achieve their goals and live their best lives.  As a business leader, she has experienced the inherent challenges of starting and leading an organization.  She brings real world business experience along with a proven strategic lens. She helps her clients find solutions that are meaningful and help them achieve sustainable growth through coaching, training, and consulting.

Sindi is an accomplished business and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience working with organizations in the private and public sectors.  She has worked for large organizations in various leadership positions and has started two of her own award-winning technology managed services and consulting companies. She likes connecting technology solutions with business strategy and outcomes.  One of her passions is building collaborative high performing teams and leaders.

Sindi received her MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business Executive Program at Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Northern Arizona University and currently sits on the College of Management and Technology Advisory Committee at Walden University.  She is the Advocacy Chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners Phoenix Chapter and a National Mentor for Seed Spot. 

Sindi enjoys the outdoors, traveling, exercise and spending time with family.
