When a personally significant change occurs in our lives, whether the change is by choice (getting married, having a child, entering a degree program) or is thrust upon us (losing a job), a natural psychological/emotional process kicks off. Some parts of the process are messy and uncomfortable. How we respond makes a big difference in our ability to successfully navigate through the process.
Participants will learn how to identify the phases of the transition process, ascertain how resilient they are by taking a change resilience assessment, and leave with strategies and tools based in neuroscience (brain science) for effectively navigate through not only career transition but also any life transition. Prerequisite: complete 1 assessment prior to session (30 mins: estimated time to complete). Delivery Time: ~1.25 hr.
