The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) under the CARES Act is a refundable tax credit that encourages businesses to keep employees on their payroll.  In this seminar, you will learn:

a) if your business is eligible for Employee Retention Credits;

b) for businesses that are eligible, how much the refund/credits could potentially be worth;

c) with the recent IRS Notices, what aspects of the Employee Retention Credits program has changed.

Speaker's bio:

Mr. Remis has over 25 years of combined tax, accounting and technology consulting experience. Throughout the years, Mr. Remis has helped hundreds of clients minimize their tax liabilities thru implementation of tax credits and deductions that are not well known to the general public. Mr. Remis also has been a CFO of a publicly traded company and in 2017 was named the Chief Financial Officer of the Year – Public Company category from the Financial Executives International(“FEI”).  Several years later, Mr. Remis became President of FEI and is currently Past-President of the Arizona Chapter.  Mr. Remis is also a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of both the Audit and Compliance Committees for West Valley National Bank.
