Janice Coleman is President and CEO of the rebranded JCC Unlimited, LLC., a Renaissance company with the mission is to assist people individuals achieve their goals by maximizing the human resource potential. They Prepare People to Perform! She has built a dynamic reputation for her expertise and ability to provide her clients and audiences with a competitive edge in the marketplace. Over 25 years ago, Janice started her career in Information Technology where she worked as a leader in the Insurance Industry in the Greater Philadelphia Area then moved into this space that brings her so much joy. She helps people to Live Out Loud, Play Full Out and Be INVINCIBLE in their SPACE.
Janice has worked with people from the classroom to the Board room for over 18 years. She is a proven expert in the career arena and has helped hundreds of professionals to start, regain and strengthen their professional stance helping them to find the job they love and the one that loves them.
Janice was born and raised in Philly and attended the Philadelphia High School for Girls. She earned a BA from Chesapeake Bible College/Seminary, is an Ordained Minister and also holds several certifications which include Career Management, Project Management, Organizational Management and Public Speaking. Janice serves as volunteer/leader/sponsor for several nonprofit organizations for which she has passion such as Toastmasters Inl’t, Exhale Women’s Ministry and For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation. She has been married for over 30 years, is the proud mother of three adult children/one grand girl and has resided in South Jersey for over 20 years.
