Juan Carlos García Viejo:
Juan Carlos has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Anáhuac. During his studies and still after finishing them, Juan Carlos was part of the i-Structure financial engineering firm, where investment banking processes are carried out, highlighting numerous issues of fiduciary stock certificates for non-bank financial companies. After that, Juan Carlos served as a global economist at Grupo Financiero Banorte, where he was in charge of the analysis and forecast of the economies of the US, China, Eurozone, UK and Brazil. Bloomberg recognized his area for being in the top ten forecasters for US economic variables for several quarters. Currently, Juan Carlos is a financial advisor at Vector Casa de Bolsa, where he manages assets of government entities, as well as individuals and companies. Juan Carlos has participated as a speaker in forums related to finance and economics, in projects related to information technology for the financial sector, as well as with citizen proposals committees for state governments.
Walter Buchanan, CFA:
Walter is an investment director and partner in SaveNest, a web platform registered as an independent investment advisor, where together with the investment committee, he manages portfolios of the firm's clients with Asset Allocation strategies. He studied financial administration at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes and has more than 9 years of investment experience. In 2018 he was awarded the CFA Charter Holder designation by the CFA Institute, the highest distinction in the investment management profession.
