COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Human communication is much more complicated than it appears to be on the surface. You depend on your listening skills every day, whether you’re interacting with clients, team members or loved ones. This presentation will review the complexity of the human communication process, barriers to communication and break down listening into its component parts. You will have an opportunity to practice listening skills and put together an action plan for improvement.
