Options for finding the best option for the maximum coverage and premium pricing:
- Participation Holiday – Employer does not have to contribute to premium or employee participation.
- Level Funding for small groups – old school underwriting for maximum coverage and reduced premium by medical underwriting.
- Strategy for Husband and Wife groups.
- Using a HRA for reimbursing employees for an individual health insurance.
- Using a HRA to lower monthly premium by accepting acceptable amount of financial risk.

Travis S. Middleton, Jr.

Travis entered the insurance business in September of 1977 with Prudential Insurance Company. And in 1989, Travis established TradeMark Insurance Agency specializing in domestic and international group health insurance and employee benefits.

He is a native Houstonian growing up inside of 610 Loop in the Memorial Park area, attending Lamar High Scholl and Houston Baptist University.

He is a Trustee Emeritus on the Board of the Houston Association of Health Underwriters.

Travis has presented in Paris, France and Aberdeen, Scotland. And has presented to a joint meeting of the Texas Turkish American Chamber of Commerce and the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce on medical cover.

Travis is married to Joanne Ahier Middleton, CBC, CSA of Swansea, Wales, and has two daughters, Stacey Austin and Caitlin Vorheier, and grandchildren Austin Cortez and Paige Hildebrand.
