Mike is the Founder of Edge Business Strategies, a company he founded to help business owners improve performance, drive growth, enhance value and prepare for the inevitable transitions. He has spent the bulk of his 38-year career working as a Chief Financial Officer for private and family owned entrepreneurial companies, scaling five companies along the way. As a strategic partner with Chief Executive Officers, Mike has crafted and executed strategic initiatives to improve performance, drive growth, succession planning as well as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. With a diverse operationally focused background in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, technology, and other commercial businesses, coupled with “Lean” management training and experience, He provides a truly unique perspective. Mike’s experience includes companies ranging from small start-up operations to entities with up to $1 billion in annual revenue.
