Among the first to recognize the power of the Internet as a communication tool, Matt has grown The FENG from a Westport, Connecticut based organization with only 64 members in 1996 to a current membership of almost 37,000 spread across the entire United States, with large International chapters in London and Toronto, all connected on a daily basis through outbound email.
The FENG is the world's largest networking group of CFO's, Controllers, and Treasurers.

Members also join various “Special Interest Groups” organized by 21 industries (e.g. Manufacturing, Construction, Professional Services, etc.) and 13 financial functions (e.g. Treasury, Tax, Internal Audit, etc.). This matrix approach maximizes each member’s networking opportunities to enhance and manage their career.

The FECG is in the business of finding the very best Chief Financial Officers and Controllers for middle market companies, specializing in interim/temporary assignments as well as the recruitment of full time senior financial folks.
