Presentation:
The times have changed and with them so shall we.

Hiring is still happening, while the way it’s conducted has changed. Virtual interviews are the new norm and an unfamiliar landscape for many. This session will provide 10 tips to conduct a successful virtual interview as well as 5 ways to stay positive while in transition. Uncertain times can create a fight, flight, or freeze response in us. Our brains do not know how to decipher whether we are fearful because we are being attacked by a bear or fearful due to emotions. The response in the body is the same. Learning tips to manage that response will not only impact your overall health, it will impact the way you come across in an interview.
