Todd Burke is senior level compensation executive with an MBA and more than 20 years of progressive work experience across a variety of industries that includes nine years in entertainment, three years in high production home building, four years in healthcare, a year and a half in energy and six years in HR consulting.
He is well versed in the design and administration of both executive and non-executive strategic base and incentive compensation programs. His passion is creating valuable compensation infrastructure and using that infrastructure to streamline HR processes and to create compelling stories and actionable findings that elevate the conversation between HR and the C-suite and ultimately help drive the business forward.
