Agism-Navigating The Potential Minefield

Finding meaningful work is hard enough without ageism added to the mix, let alone COVID 19. How do you find work in a competitive job market when much of your competition is half your age or the same age as your kids? How do you demonstrate that you are the right candidate for the interview? In today’s job search world, there are fundamental strategies that savvy job seekers must employ if they’re going to be successful in landing that desired role.

In Ageism: Being Smarter Then the Bias in Your Job Search, we will talk about those strategies and the necessary mindset that you will need to set yourself apart.
