Since 1991, the main purpose of our FENG community is the Networking among Senior Financial Executives, as peers, for sharing of job opportunities or professional practices, by specialty / industry groups or by geographic chapters. Before 2020, the workforce was becoming more diverse, and international, fueled by the internet's power of sharing of information, now in 2020, we got COVID, and physical / local chapter meetings are not available, and job market suffered, a drastic halt with massive layoffs...then, how can the FENG continue its purpose / existence?? Right now, FENG got hundreds of Senior Financial Executives looking for new opportunities, or still looking for helping others, or even, looking to add something new to its professional toolbox, but without physical chapter meetings, so this is the framework for Marty's discussion...
