Topic:  Pension Plans - Knowing the Law

Speaker: Dan Dubois, President at Retirement DNA.

We will have a presentation featuring Dan Dubois, President at Retirement DNA. Dan will speak to us on the issues involved in selecting a company pension plan, running the pension plan and serving as trustee, and today's changing federal and state legal and regulatory environment regarding pension plans. If you've ever been your company's plan trustee or administrator, you'll want to hear what Dan has to tell us about the very real personal risks we take on in that role -- and how to keep ourselves clean. Always an engaging speaker, this is Dan's third time presenting to the San Diego FENG.

As always, the meeting is free to FENG members and their guests. As usual over the past year, we anticipate being joined by some folks from other FENG chapters around the country, as well as our San Diego FENG chapter members and a few local and out-of-town guests. There will be 1.0 hour CPE credit given to all participants requesting it and who are present for the whole meeting.

Stay tuned for the full announcement at the end of this week, with instructions for RSVPing via the FENG website (www.TheFENG.org), and logging in to the Zoom platform for the meeting itself. The announcement will include more info on our speaker, discussion topic, CPE credits and everything else.
