An introduction to Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).   A proven set of simple, practical tools that synchronizes how people in an organization meet, solve problems, plan, prioritize, follow processes, communicate, measure, structure, clarify roles, lead, and manage. 

Speaker's Bio: 
As the COO and occupying the Integrator seat at Acklen Avenue, Stephanie Johnson is responsible for defining and ensuring AA’s strategic direction is properly executed. 

Stephanie has oversight of Acklen Avenues C-Suite and is charged with identifying and executing on business processes that promote growth, scale and profitability while maintaining Acklen Avenues defining approach to customer solutions. 

She is charged with solving lasting client problems, building a long-term competitive advantage, retaining loyal clients, and creating a strategy to help increase profit from customers. 

As head of the executive team, Stephanie's efforts will develop and support a winning culture characterized by employee care and education, high performance standards and a relentless focus on driving customer value. 

Having recently joined AA in 2021 she brings a vast amount of industry knowledge and practical business sense that the company needs to continue its incredible growth. 

Prior to joining Acklen Avenue, Stephanie served as the EVP at Stratasan for 5 years and COO of Zycron, Inc., for 16 years. 

As an influential leader, Stephanie led recruiting, marketing, delivery, business development, sales and human resources teams in addition to building a successful healthcare vertical. 

Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Planning from Tennessee State University and has an MBA in Management from Strayer University. Stephanie and her husband Jamie have 5 children and 5 grand kids. Dedicated to her family and extremely active, Stephanie and her family spend lots of time outside biking and hiking or at the beach.
