Over 30 years ago, John launched the successful Career Transition Workshop as a lay ministry of Transition Consulting.  Now offered on-line, this workshop is designed for unemployed, under-employed, and employed executives, managers, and professionals in transition.  Career Transition Workshop has assisted over 50,000 job seekers through their journey.

In 2017, John joined forces with Bob Williaford of Titanium Strategies and formed Fast Company Buyers.  They help first-time business buyers fulfill their dreams.  Quarterly, they present Buy a Biz / Be a Boss -- a seminar designed to help individuals become business owners and operators.

John is a SMU graduate with an undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering and an MBA.  He is the father of four children: Meggin, Mandy, Jake and Morgan Grace.
