Speakers' bios:

Paula Rhinehart:
Paula has more than 25 years of experience in the Energy industry and consulting.  Her expertise includes software selection and implementation, data governance and migration, asset acquisition integration, and innovation & disruptive technologies.  Paula held positions in IT and Management at Unocal, Torch Energy Advisors, Plains All American Pipeline LLP and several Independent E&P companies.  Her comprehensive experience in Finance & Accounting and Technology has enhanced the Boxley Group advisory and consulting team.  Paula is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Scott Podsim:
Scott joined Commerce Bank as a Vice President, Senior Account Executive for the Houston Commercial Banking Team in April of 2019.  Scott is responsible for finding and sourcing payments opportunities along with supporting all Relationship Managers and their partners’ needs.

Scott has been in sales and business development for 25 years with a primary focus in the sport marketing and media sales industry. Since moving to Houston in 2000, Scott has worked for FOX Sports Net Southwest, the Houston Texans Radio Network, ESPN Radio and Catch the Moment. Immediately before joining the Commerce Bank team Scott was with the Sugar Land Skeeters where he managed the sales team overseeing sponsorship, season tickets, hospitality and groups.

Scott grew up in Yorktown, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor of Journalism, Public Relations.  Scott and his wife Michele have two daughters and reside in the West Houston area. When Scott is not at work, he enjoys volunteering with the Houston Texas Exes chapter, serving on the board of the Central Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce where he is the co-chair for the Leadership Program.  He enjoys supporting his children’s many sports, cheer and scouting activities.

Missy Collura:
Missy joined Commerce Bank as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager for the Houston Commercial Banking Team in May of 2021.  In partnership with the Houston team, Missy is responsible for sourcing, managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients.

Missy has been in banking for over 24 years, most of it in the Commercial Banking segment.  Much of her career has been with Bank One, Bank of America and Wells Fargo in various roles. She has experience in underwriting, portfolio management, relationship management and business development.

Missy grew up in Gonzales, Texas and graduated from Southwest Texas State University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration and was a Chi Omega.  Missy and her husband Gary have two children and reside in The Woodlands, Texas.  When Missy is not at work, she enjoys volunteering with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo as a Vice Chairman for the Steer Auction Committee and with National Charity League a mother-daughter organization.  She also enjoys traveling with her family.
