We have a fantastic and very timely topic this month.

We're thrilled to be featuring Barry Payne, AICPA’s Regional Vice President - Americas. He'll discuss the AICPA's RISE 2040 and Future of Finance initiatives as well as the trends reshaping the profession, including AI and expanding data capabilities, evolving business models, talent challenges, and changing stakeholder expectations.

Not only is this an extremely important topic for our members, but it is also important for future members. Please feel free to invite those you know who are either early in their finance careers or considering a career in Finance.

Host: Craig Poms, Sr VP – TowneBank

Topic: AICPA’s Rise 2040 and Future of Finance

We will be learning more about two of the AICPA’s initiatives, Rise 2040 and the Future of Finance. These initiatives include research, events and conversations, bringing leaders in the finance profession together to co-create the future of the profession and define the steps to get there.

Speaker: Barry Payne, AICPA Regional Vice President – America’s

In his role, Barry leads relationships with all AICPA members and CGMAs who work in a business role in the America’s.   Barry works closely with CFOs and finance leaders to understand the future of the profession and to ensure we are all skilled and equipped for the future too.
