At The FENG, members assisting members isn’t just a tagline—it’s the operating principle behind everything we do. Our Peer Résumé Review Committee (RRC) exists for one simple reason: financial executives are best served by other financial executives who truly understand the work.
Unlike résumé writers or career coaches who may polish language but lack technical depth, the RRC brings seasoned, real-world finance perspective to your professional story. These are peers who have sat in the seat, spoken the language of senior leadership, and know how hiring managers, private equity partners, boards, and recruiters actually evaluate experience.

The Peer Résumé Review Committee has been serving our membership for many years—and the numbers reflect both its value and the dedication of our volunteers.
While people have been relying more and more on AI tools in recent years, the committee strongly cautions against that trend. AI-generated résumés often share a uniform tone and structure that does not reflect your unique experience or leadership style.

At the end of each month, every participant receives a survey. With more than 300 responses collected, the results are overwhelmingly positive.
