Paul Gardiner is the Chair with the intent of re-invigorating the Chapter. Currently The Hong Kong chapter contains 99 members - some are working, some are between jobs. Whilst numbers are not in and of themselves important, Trevor and Paul feel that "the more the merrier" and increasing membership numbers is important as a precursor to creating a vibrant financial networking group.

The objectives are clearly aligned to FENG principles:
- to support each other
- to share employment leads
- to share general intelligence about both the employment and business markets

The theory is simple - there is a much greater chance of an individual landing in an appropriate role if there is a group of people assisting selflessly in that objective.
