Title: The Hidden Cost of a Bad Culture: What It’s Really Costing Your Bottom Line

Speaker: Rod W. Querry, Fractional CHRO & Managing Partner, The Arcue Group

Presentation Description:
Culture is often treated as an HR issue, but its impact reaches far beyond employee engagement. Leadership inconsistency, unclear expectations, poor communication, and lack of accountability create very real costs through lost productivity, management time, turnover, rework, and slower execution—costs that may never appear as their own line item on the P&L.

In this practical and interactive session, Rod Querry will examine the hidden financial impact of workplace culture and show how clarity, consistency, and accountability can improve organizational performance. For organizations operating across multiple locations, regions, and countries, the discussion will also explore how distance, differing communication norms, and leadership expectations can magnify existing alignment gaps—and why intentional leadership becomes even more important in a distributed organization.
