Marie Davis is an Atlanta, Georgia native. She currently serves as Executive Director of The Georgia Center for Employee Ownership (GACEO), one of 24 State Centers created by the Employee Ownership Expansion Network (EOX).

The Georgia Center for Employee Ownership's (GACEO) mission is to educate business owners, their advisors (lawyers, bankers, accountants, wealth advisors) on the benefits of employee ownership via ESOPs, worker cooperative and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs).  GACEO provides resources, case studies and articles and referrals to service providers who can assist with employee ownership transitions.  GACEO serves as the central hub for information and resources regarding transitioning Georgia businesses to an employee ownership model.
