- 600 Business Owners a day are turning 65 in the United States.  2024 will be the most people in history turning 65.  This “Silver Tsunami” will result in the largest transfer of wealth in the history of mankind. 

- 25% of Americans have no retirements savings while the total average is $65,000.

- ESOP’s are a powerful tool for business owners and a creative way to build wealth for Employees.  Business Owners can sell tax-free and also cement their legacy.

- There has been a recent drop in Private Equity transactions which can often be very disruptive to a business.  ESOP’s are quickly becoming the most popular option to exit a business.

Abran is a native of Albuquerque and has spent the last 23 years in banking.  His focus is on finding creative, capital solutions for his clients. Areas of expertise include Solar, Tax Credits, Owner Occupied Real Estate, Contractors and Middle Market Businesses.  He holds a Bachelor’s from Georgetown and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He plays in a mariachi band and serves on various nonprofit boards. Charitable work includes the Maricopa Community College Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, Tiempo, Inc.
