Kim Shulman is a consultant providing fractional finance director and bookkeeping services to small nonprofit organizations. With over 30 years of experience working alongside mission-driven organizations to help them grow, adapt, and deepen their impact, her approach is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and a deep respect for the work nonprofits do in their communities. She specializes in helping nonprofits organize their financial data, track restricted funds, maintain compliance, and create systems that keep them audit ready.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Salem State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work – Human Service Management from Boston University. She draws on both formal training and lived experience in the nonprofit world to support leaders navigating change.
