Mike Smith, Senior Director for Vaco in Indianapolis:
Mike has been with Vaco for 8 years after spending 20+ years in the Corporate world in various Accounting and Finance roles. Mike brings a great passion for helping individuals reach their career goals and partner with Clients to help them either through process, people, or technology. 


Victoria Smith, Controller, Indiana Criminal Justice Institute, State of Indiana  
Victoria currently works as Controller for the Criminal Justice Institute of the State of Indiana. where she mainly focuses on daily core functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Procurement. Victoria has MS in Electronics Engineering from Russia and 23 years of financial analysis and planning/budgeting experience in various telecoms, cable industry, manufacturing and public accounting. She has been an IMA member since 2002 and an active board member holding different positions such as VP of Education, President and Treasurer. Victoria has three children and lives in Noblesville, Indiana. 


Jyoti Pandey, Senior Finance Leader:
Jyoti has over 15 years of expertise in corporate financial planning, strategic finance, digital transformation, and operational optimization across diverse industries.  Jyoti holds an MBA from Purdue University - Daniels School of Business and has completed the Digital finance transformation initiatives and fosters strategic partnerships to enhance financial performance. Beyond her professional endeavors, shi is a published writer in leading finance publications, a judge for the Central Regional Ethics Bowl, and a former President of the Indy IMA Chapter.  Committed to driving positive change she actively contributes to her organization and the broader community.
