How to Create a Resume that is Targeted to a Specific Job
When applying for a specific career opportunity, the resume that highlights your professional accomplishments is not "One Size Fits All".
Sending the same resume to each and every potential employment opportunity is comparable to sending "Junk Mail". – If they want what you are selling, you have your next job. If the presented resume does not express a history of how the applicant resolved the specific solutions that the hiring organization requires, the candidacy ends up in the "Black Hole" of job applicants who will not be considered for the position.
A successful job search is predicated on accurately conveying to the hiring organization how the applicant’s professional accomplishments compare to the specific requirements of the position.
But...
How do you learn the specific needs that the hiring organization requires?
How do you effectively summarize how your accomplishments fulfill these needs?
What is the straightforward efficient process for assuring that your resume accurately describes how your accomplishments fulfill the needs of the career opportunity?
