Being in-transition for a short or long period of time can be a very stressful. You can get depressed, angry and confused. You can lose your self-confidence. What can you do to change this situation? How do you get back into the “game”? How do you change this negative situation into a positive experience?

Marty Latman discusses a topic all people in-transition struggle with. Attendees at all levels will learn about the obstacles they need to overcome during this period to succeed, the methods they need to use to change their situation and ways to make being in-transition a productive, meaningful and positive time in their lives.
