Speaker: Dr. Ramón Cabrera, professor of Administrative Law and Public Policy at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Toluca.

Dr. Cabrera will talk about the money laundering law in Mexico, consequences and responsibilities.

Speaker's bio:

Dr. Cabrera, lawyer and Doctor of Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico; He is also a Master in Administrative and Tax Law.  He is a professor of Administrative Law and Public Policy at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Toluca.

In the federal public sector, he worked, among others, in the Legal Counsel of the Federal Executive (1995-2002), was Deputy Federal Prosecutor for Investigations in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (2008-2014) and Magistrate in the Federal Court of Justice Administrative (2014-2018).
