And, is it possible to control those nerves that race through our bodies at the mere thought of public speaking?

Speaker's bio:
Marilyn is a presentation skills coach and trainer. She teaches her clients how to develop strong, effective and lasting communication skills in order to connect, inspire and build trust with an audience of any size.
In 2000, after overcoming her own fear of public speaking, Marilyn left her career as a computer programmer and began her coaching business. She has worked with individuals, small businesses, various organizations and companies such as Irving Oil, Hannaford Bros. Co., York Hospital, Mead Johnson, Bottomline Technologies and United Way.
She is a spokesperson and board member for the Dog Guide Users of New Hampshire, volunteers for the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind as a puppy raiser and is an advocate for the service dog community. She also facilitates a women’s bible study at her church.
She is married to Glenn and they live in Greenland with their yellow lab, Sal.
