Heather Eastham:
I am a Director in Protiviti's South Florida (West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami) Advisory practice and a leader for Internal Audit Services and Managed Business Services. I was recognized as one of the “40 under 40” professionals by the South Florida Business Journal in 2018 for my work in management consulting and my community involvement.

I lead large Internal Audit outsourcing and co-sourcing engagements and Sarbanes-Oxley/Financial Controls engagements. As the overall engagement manager, I coordinate execution of the annual Audit Plan, prepare and present reports to the Audit Committee, deliver periodic status update reports to executive-level management, lead execution of internal audit projects, and coordinate with clients’ external audit teams. I am a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Financial Services Auditor and I am accredited in Internal Audit Quality Assessment and Validation.

After working 16 years in Accounting and Finance, I decided that change would be a refreshing way to put a bow on my previous success. Using my experience and knowledge as an MBA and Director of Finance, I joined the company that I always went to every time I was available for work -- Robert Half! Having been on the team over 6 years, I am the Division Director of the Management Resources division of Robert Half for the West Palm Beach market. We place Senior Accountants to CFOs in interim or project work for private and public clients in the Palm Beach and Martin County area. We also can assist with Project Manager, Human Resource, Business Analyst, Purchasing and Supply Chain professionals. Management Resources also assists during business transformations, mergers & acquisitions, process improvement, change management and overall strategic success of the business.
