Speaker's bio:
Nick is a Partner at Fenway Consulting Group, a full-service finance and accounting executive search and consulting firm based in Newton, MA. He has 14 years of industry experience, of which the last two have been building out the Consulting and Interim CFO-Services business for Fenway, a unit that now makes up nearly 60% of the firm’s annual revenue.

Just prior to Fenway, Nick worked as a VP and strategy consultant for a boutique management consulting firm based in NYC. His areas of focus were on global contingent workforce design and planning AND rate and spend analysis of contingent workforce programs. He was a key contributor on several major projects including workforce and market analysis for Tesla as well as Boeing, Merck, Target, and Shell.

Earlier in his career he played a variety of roles at larger organizations. From a hands-on executive search consultant to more strategic positions orchestrating high volume multi-national staffing contracts. He’s also stood up new offices, lead regions, and held a national leadership role for a large publicly-traded firm where he was responsible for approximately $300 Million in annual revenue across 40 locations.

Nick started his professional career as a Financial Analyst at Thomson Reuters in Boston. He holds a BA in Economics from The College of the Holy Cross. He currently lives in Hopkinton, MA with his wife and 2 young children.
