3.2 - RealBlocks is a B2B feeder fund platform for automated subscription and trading in Alternative Investments. Our platform provides the easiest, simplest way for investors to purchase an ownership interest in these vehicles using U.S. Dollars and Digital Currencies, while providing a mechanism for peer-to-peer liquidity. By using RealBlocks, any organization is able to invest, raise capital, and provide liquidity in Alternative Investments. RealBlocks provides a tech tool that sits between the fund sponsor & established distribution channels such as wirehouses,IBDs and RIAs.
3.3 - BIO: Naman Srivastava is VP of Finance & Business Development at RealBlocks, a blockchain enabled feeder fund platform to democratize access to alternative asset classes. Naman comes from a background in real estate, finance, and technology and is passionate about building companies at its intersection. Naman graduated from Harvard's real estate program where he extensively explored blockchain space, including the business models and the tech applications of more than a dozen
early-stage ventures. He is a co-author of a book on establishing real estate ventures in a challenging business environment. Naman has also worked on government-sponsored projects to technologically modernize the land records, deed registration processes, and urban planning frameworks. Early in this career, he worked on several real estate projects involving residential,
commercial, and hospitality developments in Asia and Africa.
