Stay engaged and energized during your search or job transition
As Matt Bud often says, “No job is permanent. We are only between searches.” For many of us that search is at best a daunting process. Most job candidates have moved up in organizations or been recruited for positions in the past. But, when suddenly faced with the task of searching for a new position it seems like an almost insurmountable challenge. It is easy to get distracted. It is easy to lose focus. It is easy to give up.
Gina Martin is a Leadership and Performance Executive Coach, a Life Coach and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner. She works with professionals that are ready to “level up” their career, whether they are looking to go after that promotion, a new role, start their own business or become the best version of themselves.
For 20+ years, Gina held high-level positions in specialty and luxury retail such as store director and multi-store manager, leading teams of over 600+ people and driving over $100+ million in business. Her passion for building high-performing teams, driving sales through excellent customer experience, coaching, and mentoring provided the foundation for a her current career, helping executives improve their performance or find their next role while navigating the path to success.
Join us for this interactive Zoom presentation in which Gina Martin will provide members with a roadmap for Removing Barriers, creating confidence, setting a vision and a plan to realize that vision while creating contribution goals that will provide a sense of purpose during your transition.

Alumni members are encouraged to attend this meeting and participate in the discussion - it is a great way to give back to the group, and to maintain and build your network.
