Ed Samuel, Executive Career Coach with SamNova, Inc (www.samnovainc.com) will be discussing Dos and Don'ts of Resumes based on his newly released book, "Optimize Your Resume Dos and Don'ts the SamNova Way". Ed will focus on key areas that make resumes standout including the importance of your key value proposition and ROI being displayed on the first page. He will also be addressing how to craft a resume for the hidden job market, how to take fluff out, how to avoid a dense resume and not having your job description as your robust play. Ed will also address the harder issues dealing with age discrimination. Ed's book is available to purchase on his secured website or Amazon before or after the session.

Ed Samuel is a Career and Life Coach, Author and certified Career Assessment Team Leader. His team provides career assessments, resume writing, one-on-one career transition support with emphasis on mid-senior level clients across multiple functional roles and industries. He specializes in growing and leveraging formal networks, targeted job searches, the hidden job market and landing a job after the age of 55+. He leads Career Professionals Networking Forum (CPENG) in Newark, DE, Believers in Business forum for greater King of Prussia and is on the Board of Cross Talks.
