Bryan Weiss is a seasoned senior executive with a record of significant accomplishments in the full spectrum of healthcare organizations. He has demonstrated expertise in physician practice management, client relationships, revenue cycle, thought leadership, strategic planning, organizational change, performance metrics, and financial management over a thirty-year career. His healthcare consulting company founded in the spring of 2018 specializes in operational and financial management assessment, strategy, and structure.

Bryan lends his expertise as a member of the board of directors as well as the audit and strategy committees for Medical Benevolence Foundation (MBF) (https://medicalmission.org). MBF is a Christ-centered mission with 50 year experience works as an indispensable link to engage churches in the developing world to transform lives by building strong, self-sustaining healthcare ministries.

Prior to entering the management consulting world, Mr. Weiss served as a senior executive for a large ambulatory practice management and revenue cycle company (Optum360 (fka MedSynergies)), and on the senior leadership teams of several physician staffing companies specializing in the hospitalist and emergency medicine space (Hospital Physician Partners, EmCare, Inc. and IPC The Hospitalist Company).

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from California State University, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from California Lutheran University. Bryan is married with four adult children and two grandchildren living in Southern California.
