Over the last 9 months, we have seen companies go through a fantastic number of changes. Some of changes have been positive, and some continue to present challenges for businesses across our region. In the world of accounting, leaders have experienced a number of changes, including:
- Changes in accounting processes and procedures (going paperless, new plans for approvals, etc.)
- Reduced staff size – doing less with more
- Managing remote staff
