Speaker´s Bio: Aldo holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Buenos Aires University, he also completed a Program for Industrial Executives at the IAE, and an Executive Program at Columbia Business School (USA). Besides covering multiple responsibilities in the family business, he was in charge of the Sales and Marketing Area with Trader.com. He also worked with Officenet and Caro Cuore holding Commercial Director and General Manager´s responsibilities respectively. Aldo has gained a solid experience in comprehensive management characterized by his competences for designing and implementing strategic changes, structuring business alliances, and promoting the development of human resources as a key organizational driver.
