Harvey will begin with a broad coverage of bank financials and how this drives the risk tolerance of banks. He will compare this to other forms of financing such as mezzanine debt and venture capital. Finally, Harvey will discuss the various factors that impact credit decisions and general guidelines to share with Financial Executives as they approach banks with credit requests.

Harvey White worked for Regions Bank and predecessor companies for 28 years before joining Pinnacle in 2009. He began his career at United Virginia Bank as a relationship manager. White received a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. Active in a number of Knoxville community endeavors, White has served as a board member for the American Red Cross, Friends of the Library, Baptist Hospital and board chairman for Webb School of Knoxville. He is currently on advisory boards at Elon University and the University of Tennessee Department of Finance.
