Speaker's bio:

Mr. Jonathan (Jon) Desalvo serves as, President and Chief Executive Officer at Arcamed. Jon's journey began in Pittsburgh, working for the family-owned landscaping business where he cultivated a passion for customer service, leadership, and organizational development. Jon's professional journey began with General Motors and included significant roles in the automotive sector before transitioning to Medical OEM contract manufacturing in 2009. Under his leadership, Arcamed has experienced exponential growth. Jon's commitment to excellence, technology and continuous improvement has been instrumental in positioning Arcamed at the forefront of Medical OEM contract manufacturing. He has spent most of his career in the Midwest, and has called Indianapolis home for more than 15 years.  He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Dayton and M.S. in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University.
