Jessica brings 25 years of supply chain management and operations experience with demonstrated success leading large scale, value driven consulting projects in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Risk & Relationship Management, Procure to Pay Transformation, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Management and technology enablement.

Prior to joining RGP, Jessica spent 12 years with Johnson & Johnson(J&J) as a leader in a Shared Services Supply Chain organization supporting nine different J&J operating companies.

Robert Olszak
Robert is a supply chain leader with more than 25-years of industry experience, leading global projects for multi-disciplinary organizations with a focus on logistics and distribution network modeling, supply chain optimization, enterprise-wide systems implementations, and turning around underperforming business units.
