Gerry Cahill:
Gerry is a management consultant providing clients with actionable plans and implementations to achieve growth through enterprise-wide transformation. For over 35 years, he has been a leader and developer of methods to provide industries with the tools to improve their business operations to secure bottom-line financial performance.
He has supported clients in the Fortune 50, as well as, small, family-run businesses. Representative work includes management of a global supply chain reengineering initiative for a premier consumer electronics manufacturer, and has managed multiple business process improvement efforts for food and beverage and consumer products manufacturers. He has directed the build of three “greenfield” silicon crystal foundries in South Korea, Taiwan and Malaysia.
Gerry brings a unique blend of experience to the clients he serves as a leader in business process excellence focused on manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing and logistics. His entrepreneurial endeavors have included the startup of a Solar energy company that revolutionized the process to achieve greater efficiencies in photovoltaic collection. He led the successful due diligence and sale of the company to a multibillion-dollar manufacturer of solar equipment.

Tyler is an Experienced Manager in Grant Thornton’s Sourcing & Supply Chain Practice. He has over 10 years of operations and supply chain experience across both consulting and industry. Tyler has spent majority of his consulting career advising multi-national and middle market companies achieve positive operational and financial results while positioning the business for future growth.
Tyler brings extensive transformation experience in process excellence and design, rapid operations improvement, manufacturing and shop-floor execution, warehouse expansion and consolidation, inventory management & control, post-merger integration, data analytics and project management.
Tyler is highly collaborative professional with a drive to make a lasting positive impact for Clients. He is recognized for having a proven track record for success utilizing broad problem-solving strategies and tactical leadership to create value.
Prior to consulting, Tyler held leadership positions in industry, primarily in the transportation sector managing operations and driving strategic initiatives to realize short-term and long-term cost savings opportunities.
