The Power of Goals: The Master Skill of Success
As financial executives, we are well-versed in the practice of goal setting – at least from the perspective of budgeting and financial metrics. Tracking the business’ performance to these goals helps to give focus to the elements that drive success (or predict an impending downturn).
However, focus is just as critical in our own day to day performance but often we don’t employ the same type of measurements to ourselves to be certain we attain our personal objectives. As we kick-off another new year, it’s a great time to prepare ourselves for 2023 by re-setting our focus and solidifying our personal plans.
Join us for an interactive Zoom workshop where we will reflect on our current state, explore where we would like to be and set a course for success to take us there.
