Increasingly senior financial executives are considering Fractional Leadership as a career choice. Mark is a firm believer that this is the best career choice. While there are many things to learn prior to launching a Fractional Career. Chief among these decisions is whether you should start your own business or join an established firm. 
 

We will discuss the reasons that many join established groups, we will also review questions that you should ask prior to joining any of these groups. 
 

Speaker's bio:
Mark has been a fractional service provider, with a few fits of start up synndrom, since 2002. Prior to that Mark held positions as Controller, CFO, VP of FP&A and VP of Business Development in small to fortune 100 businesses. 

Mark fractional offerings included strategic business planning, business brokerage, business valuation and his current focus is on business transition planning. Mark also has co-authored a digital course that provides a step-by-step process for executives to create their own fractional business. 

Mark has served as the co chair of the Kansas City Metro Area Financial Executives Networking Group since 2015.
