The Roadmap from Executive to Entrepreneur
If you’ve spent a career building other people’s empires, this is your blueprint to build your own. In this presentation, I’ll show you how to rewire your mindset, validate a money-making niche, package your expertise into sellable offers, and stand up a simple client-acquisition engine—without burning your runway or your sanity. This isn’t fluff. It’s a straight-talk roadmap from a five-time entrepreneur and former C-suite leader who’s done it, sold it, and coached thousands to do the same.
Who should attend
Senior leaders and high-performing directors/VPs considering consulting or a solo firm
Executives in transition (layoff, buyout, returning-to-work, or “done with corporate”)
PE/portfolio operators who want advisory or fractional income streams
Top takeaways
The Niche → Offers → Price chain: a simple way to validate demand, package 3 services, and set confident pricing.
A lightweight pipeline system: exactly what to do weekly to create conversations and close business.
