4/23/26  12:30PM ET.   Unstoppable By Design: From Credible to Compelling - Reclaiming Momentum, Clarity & Confidence in Transition. – Presented by Adriana L. Cowdin

A practical and deeply human conversation about why momentum stalls for high-performing executives in transition, and how to reignite clarity, confidence, and forward motion without spinning, hustling, or second-guessing.

Even the most accomplished executives can lose momentum in transition, not because they lack credibility, but because their internal compass is off. In this candid, practical session, Adriana L. Cowdin explores why high performers stall, how confidence quietly erodes, and what it takes to move from capable to compelling as you design your next chapter with intention.
