Julianne Averill is a dynamic healthcare AI CFO and business strategist with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in finance and data science across organizations like Bank of America, Deloitte, and Neumora Therapeutics. As Managing Director & CFO at Danforth Advisors, she leads growth for the San Francisco region as well as serves as an interim CFO/CBO to private and public companies operating at the intersection of healthcare and IT, advising boards and investors on funding strategies and leading transformative product & service launches. Her expertise has facilitated over $11 billion in fundraising and M&A initiatives and led to the adoption of many successful AI-enabled digital health & biopharma products both in the US and abroad. 

Beyond her professional role, Julianne actively supports various nonprofits focused on leadership development, including serving on the boards of CureSearch and the Junior League, as well as serves as an operating advisor to How Women Invest, a venture fund focused on changing the venture landscape. A certified CPA and SHRM-CP, Julianne holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in business administration from California State University, Fresno, and a Business Analytics certificate from Harvard. In her spare time, she enjoys training for half marathons with her Siberian Husky, Callie.
