About Joe Jones               

Joe Jones is the Founder of Career Transition Ministries and Transition Masters. 

He teaches people how to confidently communicate their value to companies. His programs help unemployed or underemployed people by supplying career development programs, job search training, and the establishment of support groups.

He has 36 years of human resource training and development experience. Joe is past President of the American Society for Training & Development Suncoast chapter, and past President of the National Speakers Association, Central Florida chapter.

Joe meets with and counsels many unemployed persons each week in support of various career ministries. He has hired over 300 persons while managing divisions in corporations and national associations since 1980. 

Joe is the author of the Quick Start Job Search manual used by many career ministries and he is currently writing a book entitled The Inner Game of Job Search. 

In 2014 Joe was selected as Toastmaster of the year out of 500 members in 37 clubs. Joe started a new organization in 2015 called “Transition Masters” which combines job search training with Toastmasters to help develop job search presentation skills. 

Joe has led annual youth speech & leadership programs for the past six years with over 100 graduates.
